Paid charge-offs remain for 7 years from the date of last activity, unless you can get the company that is reporting to the credit bureaus to remove it as part ot a settlement agreement.

Your best solution is to submit a dispute with a credit bureau. The credit card company has 30 days to respond or the item is removed from your credit report.
